Charles “Chuck” Sanders – Founder and CEO of Urban Lending Solutions

Chuck launched ULSA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Urban Lending Solutions (ULS), to provide organizational focus on valuation services due to the increased regulatory requirements in the industry. ULS is a respected provider of a wide variety of outsourced services to the mortgage industry. Under Chuck’s leadership, the companies gained a reputation for developing quality organizational solutions to solve complex business problems for many national banks. By 2011, Chuck was ranked No. 15 in the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies in the financial services industry, and No. 205 across all industries. Year after year, the company is featured in Black Enterprise magazine’s Top 100 list, currently ranked No. 23 overall. Scot M. Rose – President and Chief Valuation Officer

Scot M. Rose is responsible for leading ULSA’s culture of excellence and nationwide network of fee appraisers. Scot is a certified residential appraiser with over sixteen years of experience in real estate appraisal and collateral risk management. Scot joined ULSA in January 2010 to further strengthen the valuation brand of the organization. In addition to his valuation experience, Scot provides expertise in collateral due diligence services and default management solutions.  Scot is currently serving his second term as a member of the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers as the AMC Representative.  He is also currently a member of the Appraisal Foundation’s Industry Advisory Council (IAC).



Jim Beatty, SRA – Senior Vice President, Chief Appraiser

Jim Beatty, SRA is Senior Vice President and Chief Appraiser. With over 28 years of experience in valuation services, Jim is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the mortgage business from both a regulatory and market perspective.Prior to joining ULSA, Jim held several executive leadership positions including all residential appraisal products and sales. Jim received the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and the CRP from the Employee Relocation Council, while also earning the council’s Meritorious Service Award. He is currently a member of the Appraisal Foundation’s Industry Advisory Council (IAC).



Kellie A. Vache, MAI – Vice President, Client Services

Kellie is a seasoned appraisal professional with over 30 years of experience in appraisal and real estate management. Kellie has prior experience as quality manager of both BPO and appraisal products and worked in the lending industry in charge of credit policy, appraisal operations, appraisal field management, and review appraisal. Kellie is a Certified General Appraiser and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.



Kris Dworakowski – Vice President, Technical Operations

Kris has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry working with clients in the appraisal, BPO, alternative valuation products and vendor management. Kris also has experience in mortgage origination, auto, and personal loans. Immediately prior to joining ULSA, he was senior vice president of supply chain management for a national provider of appraisal services.

Creighton M. Angst – Vice President, AMC Compliance

Creighton is a Certified Residential appraiser with over 10 years of experience in the appraisal industry. Prior to joining ULSA, Creighton was a residential fee appraiser, a staff appraiser in the Denver Assessor’s Office, and the Lead Investigator for the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers. Her diverse background has given her valuable knowledge in many areas of appraisal practice and regulatory compliance.
